Hello

My name is Jacqueline, and I understand how important it is to find a pet professional you can trust to take care of such an integral part of your family. I first want to thank you for your consideration, and offer you a bit more information about myself.

My Story

I entered the field of pet care in 2014. My original intent was to become a veterinary technician. I received a degree in veterinary technology in 2017 from Medaille College and received a license to practice in NYS. While attending college I began working as a receptionist and bather in a locally owned salon and quickly fell in love with the profession.

I enthusiastically worked my way up, training under some of the most talented groomers in Rochester. I continue to work hard and am constantly continuing my education. I have since earned certificates in compassionate touch-point therapy, handling of senior pets, pet first-aid and CPR, and a variety of other breed specific and skills and services.

I would love the opportunity to apply my years of education and hands-on training to making sure your pet has the most empathetic and professional grooming experience possible.
