Salon Policies
A strong professional relationship depends upon a clear understanding of expectations on behalf of both parties. Here are ours:
New Clients
New clients are required to pay a deposit of $25 on their first appointment. This deposit is applied towards the cost of service unless there is a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. On or before the first appointment, each pet must show an up-to-date proof of rabies vaccination.
Current Clients
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours-notice will be charged 50% of the booked appointment cost. Example: a missed appointment for a $75 service will be charged $32.50.

Media and Contact Policy
By visiting Roc the Dog Spaw clients agree to allow images of their pet to be used on social media unless specifically declined.
Clients also agree to receive text messages from
(585)501-8375. Roc the Dog Spaw will not sell or use a client' s personal information for any purpose not directly relating to services rendered. To stop receiving texts, respond "STOP" at any time.
